Data deletion

How to have the Facebook and Instagram data Astra Client Ops holds about you deleted.

  1. Email sharongacheru2@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion" and the Facebook or Instagram account name you used.
  2. We delete the stored access tokens and any summaries that mention your content within 30 days, and confirm by email.
  3. You can also remove the app yourself at any time: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Astra Client Ops → Remove.

If you removed the app, its access stops immediately; deletion of already-stored summaries follows the steps above.
