01What does Astra & Co. do?
You run the business; we run everything behind it. That covers answering customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and your website, running your social media and ads, photos, video, design and websites, and the admin: bookings, invoices, payments, stock and reports. AI does the repetitive work and our team checks it.
02How much does it cost?
Every business is different, so every setup is priced for yours: a one-off setup fee agreed in writing before any work starts, then a small monthly fee to keep it running and improving, worked out as a share of the setup. The first call is free, and you leave it knowing roughly what it would cost.
03I don't really understand AI. Is this for me?
Yes. You don't need to learn anything technical. On the free call we talk about your business in plain words: what eats your time, where customers slip away. We tell you what is worth doing, what isn't, and we do the technical part.
04Is a real person involved, or is it all robots?
A member of our team leads every project. AI drafts, sorts and replies; our team checks the work, and you approve the things that matter, such as anything sent in your name.
05What happens on the free call?
We learn how your business really works, day to day. Then, if it makes sense, the next step is an audit that shows you, in numbers, where time, money and customers are slipping away. There is no obligation to go further.
06Will it work with what I already use?
Usually, yes. We work with the tools Kenyan businesses already run on, such as WhatsApp, M-Pesa, Instagram, Facebook, Google, Zoho, QuickBooks and Odoo, and connect them so nobody types the same thing twice.
07Have these systems been tested?
Each system is built and tested by our team first. It is then set up on your own accounts and tested again with you before it goes live, because your business is not a template.
08Who owns what you build?
On full payment, what we build for you is yours: your workflows, your data and your content. The general tools and methods we use for every client stay ours. The details are in our terms and in the scope you sign.
09What about my customers' data?
We collect only what the work needs, keep each client's data separate, and help you meet Kenya's data protection law. Security testing only ever happens with your written permission.
10Can you build something that isn't on your list?
If a computer can do it, AI can understand it or AI can automate it, we can build it, as long as it's legal. Tell us what you need on the free call.
